About This Committee

It shall be the duty of the House Committee, under the direction of the Board of Trustees, to oversee the maintenance of the Club grounds, docks, buildings, and general property. The Committee shall submit, on or before November 1st of each year, a report on the condition of the Club's property, buildings, docks and other fixed assets. The report shall contain the Committee's recommendations and the estimated costs for any repairs, replacements, and improvements needed in the next fiscal year.
